Welcome back to Pinehardt, our slice of camping paradise nestled among the towering Southern Pines of South Carolina. Every year, Pinehardt Palooza brings us together for great food, tall tales around the campfire, and unforgettable memories under the stars.

The Campgrounds & Facilities
Pinehardt boasts a blend of rugged, natural forest terrain and cozy, convenient features. Here's a quick guide to what you'll find on-site.
ποΈ Main Campsites
Flat, cleared areas perfect for pitching tents of any size. Surrounded by pine groves providing natural shade and windbreaks.
πΏ Bathhouse & Restrooms
Running water, flushing toilets, and hot shower facilities are located just a short 3-minute walk from the central campfire ring.
πͺ΅ The Pavilion
Our covered pavilion is the hub for meals, power hookups, charging stations, and shelter in case of rain.
Schedule of Events
Below you will find a few milestones scheduled to make sure we make the absolute most of our weekend.
Friday - Arrival & Setup
Arrive, find a perfect spot to pitch your tent, and settle in.
Grilled Marinated Chicken and Corn on the Cob.
Grab your camp chairs and a drink.
Saturday - The Main Event
Breakfast at the griddle. Bring your appetite! Scrambled Eggs with onions and bell peppers, Lil' Smokies, and campfire coffee.
Build your own sammy with ham, turkey, salami, provolone, american cheese, pickles, mustard, mayo, spinach, and more. You can roast it over the fire for a melt!
Band will begin playing at 7, they take song requests ahead of time so they can learn your song, so please let me know if you have one! They play country and classic rock.
Bratwursts, Hot Dogs, Sauteed Onions and Bell Peppers, Saurkraut, & buns.
Sunday - Pack Out
We may have leftover Lil' Smokeys too
Be packed up and ready to make your journey back home by noon.
What to Bring
Be prepared for warm SC days and cool pine-canopy nights. Here is our recommended packing checklist:

- Tent, or hammock, or you can sleep in your car (with rainfly & stakes)
- Sleeping bag & sleeping pad or blowup mattress
- Camp chair (a must-have!)
- Headlamp or flashlight
- Cooler and Ice

- Layers (cold nights, warm days)
- Sturdy hiking shoes or boots
- Rain jacket (just in case)
- Hat & sunglasses
- Comfortable camp shoes / slides
- Gloves and warm hat

Pinehardt is located between Camden and Bishopville South Carolina, home of the Lizard Man. Watch out for country crossroads and suspiciously scaly creatures!

β οΈ Low Clearance & Dirt Roads Note:
The final half-mile of the road is red dirt and loose gravel. Standard cars can easily pass if driven slowly, but low-slung sports vehicles are not recommended!
Food Details

We supply the essentials for a couple of our main group hangouts:
- Friday Night: Grilled Marinated Chicken and Corn on the Cob.
- Saturday Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs with onions and bell peppers, Lil' Smokies, and campfire coffee.
- Saturday Lunch Sandwiches: Build your own sammy with ham, turkey, salami, provolone, american, pickles, mustard, mayo, spinach.
- Saturday Palooza Cook Out: Bratwursts, Hot Dogs, Sauteed Onions and Peppers, Saurkraut, & buns.

Please feel free to bring your own snacks! You are welcome to share personal snacks or keep them to yourself! Keep in mind we try to operate with a little bit of a sharing mindset.
- Snacks: Chips, dip, fresh fruit, pretzels.
- Camp Sweets: S'mores supplies, cookies, cobbler.
